@miriam_seble: ሳላዳላ ሳልዋሽ... For me, the most captivating culture I’ve experienced in Ethiopia is that of the Borena people. Though I’ve only explored a few parts of the country so far, every community especially in rural areas has left me in awe with their kindness, humility, and genuine love for others. Ethiopia’s cultural diversity is breathtaking, but the Borena culture stands out to me. The Borena people are incredibly welcoming, with vibrant traditions, colorful attire, and homes that exude warmth. Their food, especially the ቡና ቀላ coffee ceremony, is unforgettable. When I visited, the entire community prepared to welcome us a day in advance. They dressed in their traditional outfits, prepared delicious meals, and even brought their camels to showcase their way of life. What struck me most was their humility and the sense of unity they share.
