There are several variants of vampirism in TES, each with their own unique affects. The strain you get from Lamae Bal is "Noxiphilic Sanguivoria", not "Sanguinare Vampiris" which stems out of Skyrim.

I mostly love them in eso save for having no health regen, luckily I have my healer spirit, love how feeding more is what makes you stronger whilst having downsides too, tend to use better vampires m

it's funny that I contracted the vampirism disease and became a vampire and then the other vampires still attacked me which made me furious and till this day I'm a wolf who hate vampires
