@hazyspirits__: Replying to @Anthony always remember to listen to your body. It will tell you long before hypothermia sets in. Remember that cold water immersion is done between 30°F-60°F—go cold enough to gasp, & long enough to shiver (below 30°F can be dangerous & cause frostnip). Breathe deliberately: long inhales, long exhales. & having a spotter when your first starting is not a bad idea, either. I was supervised for a few months after beginning my cold exposure journey.
