So true! Didn’t drink in high school and I am not much of a drinker. Wine on a special occasion but that is all. Just doesn’t appeal to me.

Sooooo true. My parents never had alcohol in the house and I didn’t start drinking until I was 22. I had fun for about a year and just kind of grew out of drinking.

My mom never encouraged it or approved it but was there for me if I went to parties. It was not “allowed” but not forbidden and never provided. I used to think she was too strict and now as an adult
