Roll each portion of dough into a ball, then slightly flatten them while maintaining a thick, round shape. Once all cookies are formed, place them in the freezer for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet, and arrange the cookies spaced apart.
