In Northern Ireland landlords are required to pay the rates (ni equivalent of council tax) because they own it so it’s thier tax not ours - so England what you at

It’s irrelevant who is responsible for council tax. If you make it the landlord they just up the rent. Same as how sometimes they bundle utility bills.
