Hey so I’m really late but I lwk need help or advice. So for me it’s like I get really sleepy. I can hear and it’s not very long. I also get insanely dizzy. So why I need help with is this actually fainting or not? My bfn calls it blacking out and they’re usually episodes so if I do it once I’m gonna do it 5 more times. Pls help 😭

Guys idk if it’s nearly fainting cos I’ve never fainted but I blew my nose really hard and then I felt like my blood was rushing into my feet’s and I felt I was pressured onto the floor p1

I had like 2 times I felt like the world was spinning and my legs got kinda wobbly but nothing happened I also randomly felt my legs go numb and feel like the the world was spinning even though I was laying down also this all happened today
