Some of the boss’s criticisms I agree with. URLs are important, also grammar and punctuation. I worked in legal field. Mistakes look bad to clients.

Unless you've ever been micro-managed to this degree you cant comment. He was correcting things he had already reviewed & approved, and after hours! That man hated her. She handled it amazingly
