if you can find it, a plug-in hybrid is The Best of both worlds. you get like 30 mi in the city on electric and then you can also do hundreds of miles on the gas engine

I love my tesla model 3. Only maintenance so far is new tires after 5 years. But if you want a hybrid then you do you. I think the rav4 hybrid is sick.
