i could never hate illumi, he loves killua so much but he went through the same thing as a kid and because of that , that’s the only thing he knows and he’s teaching it to kil. i feel like if illumi were to just forget about the past, and just let go because to me it seems that the family business is what controls him. he should be like killua and find someone who embraces you and loves you for who you are but helps you become a better version of yourself. illumi needs to find a friend, his first friend cause i bet that would help him so much, as a person.

Illumi loves Killua and that is very clear but Illumi himself doesn't know how to love because he was also manipulated too into thinking assassins can't love can't have friends can't enjoy and he said that to Hisoka to. Illumi was already broken down by his father with that mindset and since Illumi thinks it's the correct way to live he his making sure Killua is like that too. So no I don't blame Illumi for anything
