It's not just money. It's a mental health issue as well. If Oxford wants to ensure all its students have good mental health it has to ensure no Oxford student struggles financially.

It's in society's best interest to give young people a good start in life. Putting them in massive debt for getting an education is incredibly stupid. It's socially AND economically counterproductive.
