Yeah same, I was in a queue with 11 min to checkout and it sold out 1 min into my queue I just figured 500 people got it in that min lol

So what I think happened was that it was unclear you needed to have any rhode product in your cart to get the PR package not just the peppermint lip. We all misunderstood this concept
