I'm at 5 mg and I have not lost weight but I haven't gained weight i have notice I am loosing inches a lot so I'm thinking of staying at 5 one more month.

I started last week on Tirzepatide. The dosing sheet they gave me said take 2.5 weeks 1-4. The nurse told me that is 25-units on the syringe. (My medication is in a bottle and we actually use a syr ?)

It’s slowly coming off for me, and i mean slowly. Lol but my doctor says it’s good to lose that way so you don’t lose muscle. She told me 1-2 pounds a week is great

2.5 is meant to be a starter dose to get used to it and less symptoms that starting at 5, if you lose weight on it, bonus. 5, 10, 15 are the rec maintenance doses (per Lilly’s info for drs)

it's very cold here in NY. Good luck. I'm on maintenance with wegovy. my Dr has me doing every week dosing. I don't like it. lol
