@cakedbyrach: Christmas Rocky Road 🎄🎅🏼 Only 4 ingredient and no baking involved 🥳 You can find these Corinthians wafers at Woolworths and the recipe is below 👇🏻❤️ I used the mint flavour wafers to make mine and it tastes AMAZING 🤩 You will need🎄 Corinthians wafers (any flavour) Mini marshmallows Milk chocolate Chocolate spread How to make it 👀 Keep 8 wafer to one side for the topping. Break the rest of the wafers into pieces and put them in a large bowl. Add in the marshmallows and stir them together. Break the milk chocolate into pieces and add it to a heatproof bowl. Add the chocolate spread and heat until smooth. Allow it to cool before pouring over the wafer mixture. Mix it all together and then pour it into a lined tin. Use the back of a spoon to spread it out. Break up your remaining wafers and sprinkle them over the top. Pop it in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours. Use a sharp knife to chop it up.
