My buddy took his drone with lights on it to find the drone he saw over his property, when he got near the drone the was a loud high pitch noise and then all lights on the drone went out and became inoperable

My man and i witnessed one outside our window like maybe 7 blocks down hovering over another building. Lights were circular shaped and it was way too low to be a drone and headed back to the water.
