Come to Venice la and see what that river is really about. 10+ mile runs down it with cargo ships and supply boats. It can get wicked pretty quick

My dad got his first real boat because of it We crossed it going to the duck camp when I was still in diapers on a 16ft flat and my mom said hell no. 23 ft boat was in the drive the next week lol

I hunt the Mississippi an fish the Atchafalaya , definitely have to respect these two rivers , they are completely unforgiving.
