One of my favorite ways to spot this issue is with Swiss ball rotational slams. Set up in golf posture with the ball against your left glute. Perform explosive rotational slams with a light weight (6lb). If the Swiss ball drops, it’s a sign of early extension—time to adjust! 💥 Speed is the goal, but positioning is key.
