The quality of new builds is so horrible. If you pay below average wages you're going to get a below average product. So screwing the people spending $1M on a new build with shoddy workmanship

Blue Collar jobs pay a lot i think the reason Americans don't want to do those jobs at the same rate is because it's too physically demanding. Not everyone is built to do it
