@your_favorite_contractor: when we remove this door, all the framing was rotted out from underneath of it. So on this project the previous person used aluminum flashing instead of this plastic sill pan. which resulted in a lot of problems with his door. we replaced all the rotted wood and fixed this door project up. nice!
