@taylorndean: the tiniest snake you ever did see 🫶🏻 unsure if theyre a male or female yet, and havent named them yet either. but they were born on halloween 💕 some backstory: my very first snake ever was a kenyan sand boa named toast. I loved him to death, but he started rejecting frozen food (common issue in sand boas) and when i was abruptly taken to rehab my parents and a couple helpers were left responsible of my animals- something i never thought would’ve happened in my wildest dreams, so i had no preparations for what to do. Due to this my parents asked me to rehome as many as i could, and toast made the list since he had a more complicated feeding regimen. After five long years, I’m so excited that i’m able to take care of myself again to the extent that I’m able to bring another one of these delightful animals into my care and know that i can safely provide for their needs. being able to get another one has been on my bucket list for years now. 🫶🏻 #pets #animals #reptiles #snakes #boas #boa #sandboa #kenyansandboa #tiny #baby #cuteanimals #cutepets

easiest way to tell what gender it is, is actually through their tails! If it has a more pointy tail you’ve got a female if it’s rounded it is a male :)
