I’ve only cancelled an Airbnb and I felt so bad 😂 but my husband got sick and I lost my job and then a cat 4 hurricane hit tn so kinda had no choice 😂😂

Most likely travel nurse needing a place in between their long term housing and then the other housing pulled through. I’ve done it and felt bad but $1700-$2000 is better than $2500-$3500

We have a strict cancellation for all days because we had a lot of guests who book just to see the address and cancel immediately, we felt like it’s a safety issue! We see way less cancels
