They are putting radiant heat underneath the stands to melt the snow not to keep the fans warm . I bet they also put in it underneath the field to melt the snow.

Itโs cost. Problem with Buffalo is even with a dome they wonโt have extra events. Vegas gets concert, soccor, UNLV football. Allegiant gets around 35-40 events a year.
