so I did this to a patient I was trying to do an EKG on. Told them I was going to put a sticker on their other ankle just for them to tell me they didn’t have another one😭😭 I’m still so embarrassed

One time I was trying to put on a nasal cannula and I just said casually ‘just trying to find your ear’ and I finally got her to turn her head and she was missing her ear👀 We listen and we don’t judge😫
