@therapytothepoint: ADHD vs Non-ADHD. I share how people with ADHD and Non-ADHD approach tasks. #adhd #adhdtiktok #adhdtok #attentiondeficitdisorder #audhder #audhdtok #attentiondeficienthyperactivitydisorder #adhdproblems #adhdprobs #adhdawareness #whofides
Was anyone else bothered that he didn’t use the same colors in the same order on both sides and that the non adhd side has two red… are they the same task 😏😅🥴🤨

As someone with adhd, watching this was absolutely painful and I only made it to the second adhd task. I’ll never know how we handle the rest of the day.

Close, we don’t even have the 5 tasks outlined. We absolutely don’t get the first one done. We are already distracted before understanding our task list.

i disagree. isn’t part of the adhd brain that it has trouble with priotizing in the first place? so all those five tasks should be lined up next to each other and the adhd person should be laying 1/2

I’m a manager that is required to input a lot of paperwork, I have a large team of employees and I also have ADHD. I struggle so bad with performing my required task because I’m always answering questions for my employees, customers and colleagues. Your example is spot on. I get my paperwork done, but usually after hours when all my distractions stop. (Need music lightly playing to stay focused) other managers seem to get distracted and go right back to the task they were working on. I can’t 😭

No. I start with the most interesting task. Then move to the next. Boring tasks are left on the list and can sit there until there is urgency to complete.

Let me just explain- to get to open the trash, I have to close the dishwasher, to close the dishwasher I have to empty it, since it’s empty I might as well put in the dirty dishes; finally close it
