I honestly would just use concrete paint, and paint it grey to match the little brick patio you have. Kinda blend them together

Rent a concrete sander and take a few centimeters off and should take away the stain and all the imperfections

Grind it. Vacuum. Apply epoxy. Full flake. Scrape. Polyaspartic top coat.

Mix the 2 good ones together get a sprayer. Spray it on let sit for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse with water hose
