I honestly would just use concrete paint, and paint it grey to match the little brick patio you have. Kinda blend them together

Mix the 2 good ones together get a sprayer. Spray it on let sit for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse with water hose

Rent a concrete sander and take a few centimeters off and should take away the stain and all the imperfections

You’ll need several treatments with the muriatic acid and bleach (separately of course), and you’ll get most of the dark stains out. But the rust stains, may dull them, but never get rid of it.

Baking soda and vinegar, let it sit for a while. Scrub with stiff broom. Add lemon juice if you feel fancy.
