my friend cooked desserts with erythritol. it dried my lips out horribly every time I ate it, mouth sores. Told her it's not good for me. She'd hold her ground and praise it but my body knew better

I got this and it is not 1:1......this stuff is so sweet you only need a pinch.....even when I open the bag I can taste the sweetness just from the powder

Be smart get it from Amazon. My ranking.1Allulose2.Monkfruit3.Stevia. No erythritol. It’s not necessarily bad for you. It just leaves the aftertaste. It could give you diarrhea so I don’t like it
