@maddawgiez: ESPECIALLY in a deficit. You have to remember that being hungry before your meal time is normal. You shouldnt ALWAYS be hungry but you have to get used to being hungry again if you were chronically overeating before. #weightloss #caloriedeficit #maddawgiez

I used to have problems with my glucose levels so I usually got dizzy and weak even before I got hungry. That's how I developed my fear of hunger.
