Venison Sausage Stuffed Pancakes. Sooo good! Full recipe linked on my website. @Legendary Whitetails @Buckmasters Outdoors Ingredients 1–1.5 lb ground venison breakfast sausage (or recipe below) 1 box pancake mix (prepared per package, minus 1–2 tbsp liquid) Butter or oil, for cooking Maple syrup, for serving Quick Venison Breakfast Sausage 1 lb ground venison ½ lb ground pork (optional) 1½ tsp kosher salt 1 Tbsp dried sage 1 tsp dried thyme ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup Instructions 1️⃣ Divide venison sausage into 2–3 oz portions and flatten into patties. If using the quick ground “sausage” recipe, mix in a bowl first before forming. Chill 15–20 minutes. 2️⃣ Cook patties in butter over medium heat 3–4 min per side until done (160°F). 3️⃣ Mix pancake batter thick. 4️⃣ Dip cooked patties in batter and place on greased griddle. 5️⃣ Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden. 6️⃣ Serve hot with maple syrup and enjoy. #Venison ##Venison #DeerMeat
