Use unscented I use Vaseline it’s the best and won’t hurt but will be slimy

My hands (especially knuckles) get the same way. Perfumes in lotion will make it worse so I'd suggest putting some Vaseline or nonscented lotion. You can even put alot on and put some gloves over it-

NOOOOOOOO it shouldn’t be burning, you’re going to make it WORSE, use aquaphor! If you can’t get that, the original vaseline will help!

moisturize with cream not lotion, cream is like fifty times more effective and also more soothing, I recommend CeraVe because it's the only thing that actually works for me

try jamacian black castor oil, no lotion worked for me but that did. a bottle is like 4 dollars at most walmarts
