The food is grown in much richer soil. The fruit & vegetables are incredibly great. Most people walk like EVERYWHERE… steps in subways are nuts. I lost 15 pounds in 2 months in SK. No joke.

They eat sea food in daily basis, the lifestyle in Seoul is very active, they have to walk a lot with ups and downs streets that burns all the calories intakes.

It use to be the same in the usa and europe not so long ago. You had to look skinny like size 0. The models were all skins and bones. Now you have to have a big behind, 👄.....

Their beauty standards are extremely toxic. The need to have the lightest skin color, certain leg shapes, a certain face shape that they all start to look like they are clones, they have to be under a certain weight to be considered acceptable in society. They also have such a stigma on mental health, high 😵 rates, alcoholism, unreported seggual assaults, high rates of eating disorders, home/school/work place violence and bullying. The saddest part is that women, who have the greatest pressure to be the ideal woman, are the ones who suffer from all of the things I mentioned at an alarming rate.
