It's just funny how people are complaining they can't afford rent & wany to buy but can't.. bro I own a house and I just paid like $7000 in house related bills this month. Renting is still cheaper

I got my house with the 2% deposit. Im so lucky to have been able to do that and get in the market. Down side paying interest on 98% of the loan. I’m still killing it but.

yeh with all that in mind.. even with no debt, savings and earning $80k as a single parent but being self employed has been their excuse to knock me back
