@saskiaclrk: It’s easy to get bogged down and feel like no progress is being made, when so much of what you could do is so far out of reach, but I am able to do so much more than they expected me to be able to do at this stage. I can walk unaided (though i get very out of breath) I can shower myself stood up, wash and dry my own hair, get dressed myself, and even though i shouldn’t do some things such as tidying lightly, i am able to do it. Small small wins ❤️
