I would do a little at a time, rest in between. When I had a hysterectomy Dr told me 4-6 before sweeping, vacuuming, mopping. Give yourself grace 🥰

Don't do too much, too fast. I had a hysterectomy at 44 and was vacuuming within a week because " nobody could do it right ". It creates scar tissue that causes problems when you get older.

My hysterectomy made me exhausted. I had everything out but the Dr told me the exhaustion and just over all no motivation would be around for months

With my hysterectomy my dr told me to not even get out of bed for 2 weeks and the. After that wks 2-6 to only do light work 😳
