Hello everyone, Before we get into the recipe, a quick disclaimer, this dish includes much frying I agree, this is nt probably something you cook daily at home, so chill with the too oily comments. You can also remove the seeds from your dried chilis if you hav ample of time.  Okay now, lets get into the recipe, we are making Sambal Ayam Kering, this is super spicy, you can reduce the chili according to your preference. Happy trying 🤗 Ingredients :- 1 kg chicken (mixed with 1 ts turmeric powder and some salt) 2 handful dried chili 5 cloves of garlic 3 onions 1 tbs chicken stock powder 2 ts gula melaka Salt Method :- 1. In a pan, fried onion till caramalised and strain from oil. Keep aside 2. Then fry garlic till turn brown and strain from oil. Keep aside 3. Next fry dried chili for a minute and strain from oil. Keep aside 4. Now, fry chicken till its fully cooked snd keep aside 5. Into a blender or chopper, add in fried onion, garlic and dried chili 6. Dry blend without adding any water 7. Keep aside 8. In another pan, add in 3 tbs of oil tht you fried chicken earlier 9. Heat up the oil add in blended ingredients 10. Saute well and add some water 11. Add in chicken stock powder, gula melaka and salt 12. Mix well and add in chicken 13. Mix all together and off the heat 14.
