No, I don't agree with the last one. If a guest wants to eat an expensive steak with ketchup, then give them ketchup. What's the problem? You're not paying for it, customer do.

Ok but WHY is it so hard for any food establishment to serve cold water with no ice? The ice doesn’t MAKE it cold it KEEPS it cold. JUST USE COLD WATER
