Es gibt halt Menschen, die haben mehr Hunger als „Boden bedeckt“ oder wenn man für 3 Leute Pommes machen will. Alles in der Mitte wird matschig, während der Rest dunkel wird.

Warum sollte man das nicht machen? Besonders wenn das Teil etwas voller ist, kleben die Pommes auch mal aneinander und werden dann nicht von der Luft umströmt. Darum gerne mal den Inhalt wenden

It has a purpose, it’s to redistribute and cook it evenly , for example when making fries it will not make the ones in the bottom as crispy as the top ones. Therefore shake them around for even crisp
