Murray Chev sold me a brand new Caddilac XT5 and from day 1 it had issues..refused to spend warranty hrs on it..I got rid of it 7mths..not 1 more penny to them. New dlr is 👌..many pennies to them 🤣

I always check reviews and look at the lowest ratings first. you can see the issues and how a place responds to that review. I've seen some argue in the review rather than just ask to talk it over.

One thing I have learned is to look at the workers cars are they clean neat and well cared for. Do they have pride in their own cars not new but nicer
