I have gd for the second time. It's really not so bad once you get the hang of watching what you eat and get into the groove of exercising daily. Just sucks that I have it for all the food holidays 😂

I had GD with both pregnancies and had to fast before the 1hr test, they never even gave me the 3 hr option
