bank does check the source of DP and that has ti be savings not borrowed funds & each credit product will inpact the amout you borrow as it will increase debt service ratio

This is not true. The bank runs credit check to see how much credit u already have.They will not qualify u if you have too much deth.How r u going to pay 4 LC along with mortgage.Not a good advice.

this doesn't work ur line of credit will be used in ur debt servicing to get the mortgage plus to get a 40k loc u need good income pls don't tell me stuff that doesn't make sense I'm an underwriter 😁
