My husband told me a while ago I have PTSD from my son's aggression and all the things we've been through with him. I thought it was crazy, how could my son give me PTSD? But he's very right.

Does it help to turn the big lights off? Bright lights can cause more anxiety. He may have been trying to communicate that it’s too bright for him
