I have high functioning anxiety…I do well functioning until something triggers an anxiety attack…usually comes about when im overtired. My mind starts at worst case scenario and spirals from there.

I didn't realize depression or anxiety could be high functioning until a few months ago and that explains a LOT..pretty sure I have high functioning bipolar disorder too but idk yet
