I had a similar issue. I went to website found list of executives and emailed them & went on Twitter. some1 called me, took the charges off and gave me a 12 mo credit. calling and chat they just lied

I used to work for Verizon and they are so SHADY it's not even funny. I also ordered a new SIM card FROM THEIR WEBSITE and try to activate it and they tell me it's not a Verizon SIM card. WYM 🤯

we switched from verizon to tmobile and verizon tried telling me that esims automatically unlock once a phone is paid off so why is my esim still locked on a phone that’s been paid off for 2 years??? they did nothing to help me luckily tmobile could go around and unlock it
