@chuysmacros: Healthy delicious chicken sandwich sandwiches! For the meat slice a chicken breast in half and flatten it. Depending on how big your chicken breast is will determine the exact calories of your chicken sandwich. Mine weighed 11oz before I sliced it in half. Cover it generously with the seasoning we made spray both sides with zero-calorie cooking spray and either grill it or air fry it till it reaches an internal temp of 165! Use 1 slice of turkey bacon per sandwich and feel free to cook that however you like. For the seasoning mix 1sp Garlic powder, chili powder, Cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper, and 2 tsp of chipotle powder. Give it a good mix and it's ready to go! For the buns, I used regular ballpark buns I'm just not a huge fan of Keto buns but if you are trying to lower your carbs intake you could always go with a keto bun. To assemble your sandwich add Franks hot wing sauce to your liking 1tbs of yogurt-based blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Ingredients Chicken Breast Ball park Buns Lettuce Tomato Onion 1tsp Garlic powder 1tsp Chili powder 1tsp Paprika 1tsp cayenne 1tsp salt 1tsp Pepper 2tsp Chili powder Macros per sandwich using 5.5oz raw weight of chicken breast per sandwich 377 Calories 43g Protein 31g Carbs 9g Fat ##weightloss##diet##healthy##mexicanfood##food##dieta##bajardepeso
