bc they had kinship of both of the brother and sister basically meaning once their parent was ready they could go back and live with them and she chose to go back and he didn’t so they have kinship of him now and not her… they seem like a nice family

it’s not too odd! my younger BIL lives with his aunt- she took custody of sis too when mom couldn’t. mom is better and sis is back w her, but bro just gets along better w the cousins at aunt’s! (1/2)
