🤗 This is a great time saver because you can store it in the fridge or freeze it so it’s ready to go in the mornings.  * organic steel cut oats. I use those because they digest much better, the quick oats are way more processed, and likely to bloat you.  Let me know if you want info on where I get mine? * Monk fruit sugar. The one that I use has no sugar alcohols in it. Let me know if you want info on this one? *cinnamon *water *You can use a slow cooker for this. You can even do it on the stove in a big pot which doesn’t take as long because you can turn up the heat. Directions: I used a slow cooker, but set I it on slow cook. Rinse your oatmeal and dump two canisters in there. Maybe less if you’re doing this in a pot on the stove. Then add monk fruit sugar. also add your cinnamon and mix it all in the dry mix. Then add your water and mix it all together. The water needs to be above the mix by a few inches.  Set it to cook on low to medium for seven hours or so. Keep checking on it every now and again and stir. Add more water if needed. For the stove, it can take an hour to an hour and a half depending on how much you’re doing. Just keep an eye on it and keep stirring it. Then put them in containers for storage. In the morning, measure out about 5 ounces because you have to take into account there’s some water in there, and that is a good portion size.  Add some berries and throw it in the microwave to heat it up and you’re done ready to go in the morning.  To add protein, I use Devotion nutrition.
