⸻ It’s said that Einstein used to go for walks, then suddenly stop — freezing his body while allowing his mind to keep thinking. This wasn’t meditation. It was active thinking with a completely still body. When we look into the history of science and music, we see the same habit: Still body, sharp mind. On the other end of the spectrum: some find creativity during movement. For example, during my weekly Sunday runs, I don’t try to think, but the best ideas come up. The body is in motion, the mind is free. There are two mental states worth exploring: Stillness of the body with mental intensity. Or physical movement with mental freedom. Both unlock something deep and creative within us. 🗣️ @hubermanlab x @steven ‎‏Drop a like if you enjoy our content ‎‏Follow us for more content ‎‏@quotologies ‎‏@quotologies ‎إذا كنت تريد إنشاء محتوى مثل منشوراتنا، تحقق من دورتنا الكاملة لمعرفة الطريقة 🖋️🎥📖عبر الرابط ‎في البايو ‎‏#quotologies #arabicquotes #arabic #quotes #mindset #تحفيز #course
