I watched my mom get treated bad when I was a kid and she watched at Elizabeth Arden in dillards. Then I worked at for locker and it happened to me 😭 Loved my great repeat customers though

It's called creative non-fiction. You're not going to remember every convo verbatim, so you do take liberties with phrasing, but the vibes and meaning and definitions are all the same.
