افضل طريقه انا من حايل ينقع قبل بليله بعدين كل المكونات بقدر اديسون بدون ماجي قطع لحمه وشحم حاشي اوغنم واطبخيه نص الوقت ويصفر وتذوقينه وتحركينه ثم نص الوقت الاخير

Christmas Morning Chocolate Loaf 🎅 I made this dough in exactly the same way as my farmhouse loaf, if you’d like me to send you the reel leave me a comment or send me a DM 🤎  250ml lukewarm water  7g instant yeast  Squeeze of honey (about 1 x tbs)  1 x two vanilla paste (optional)  350g strong bread flour  1/2 tbs salt  100g chocolate chips  Mix yeast, water and honey together well and then vanilla if you’re using it with a little whisk or fork. Add the flour and then the salt until it’s fully combined and shaggy. Cover and rest for 15 minutes (set timer on the phone so you can chill)  After 15 min wet your hand (so dough doesn’t stick) stretch and fold 4 times turning the bowl after each fold) cover and rest for 20 minutes. After 20 min Repeat the stretch and fold process (you can also do this a 3rd time for extra fluffy bread) and cover and rest for 1.5 hours. If my place is cold I leave it in the oven with the light on or in your boiler room.  After 1.5 hours flour the top or the dough and turn the dough out on a well floured surface (be patient it will take a minute or so) and stretch it gently from underneath to form sort of square. Throw some chocolate chips in there, best quality you can get, I used @foodthoughtsuk press the chips down gently and roll the dough up as shown in the video. Place on parchment paper and cover with a tea towel for 30 min. While it’s resting Heat your dish with lid (a Dutch oven or casserole dish) in the oven at 250C  After 30 min score your bread with a razor, scissors or a sharp knife. Take out your dish (be sure to use oven gloves for the lid it’s extremely hot) lift the bread into the dish with the paper and cover with lid. Turn oven down to 230C and bake with the lid on for 20 min, after 20 min turn your oven down to 200C and take the lid off, bake for another 15- 20 min.
