We get .6 for an oil change and rotate. I feel this so much. The estimate takes a minute to write up when it’s a clapped out pos then there’s more of a potential they don’t buy and just trade it in. To be thorough sometimes shoots yourself in the foot

I blame ASE and old style Dealerships.. Flat-Rate is an outdated system and needs to be changed or replaced.

we've had some small discussions about this and I may be who you're referring to. my inspections do take 30-45min. even w/ canned jobs. I always write my own notes to try to help advisors and clients.
