We would run a chain to the rasp bar under the lifted up feeder house and attach the chain to a tractor and do baby step backups and rebook till it rolled out

I have seen my uncle drop the feederhouse, cut a rail tie to the right length wedge it in there and raise the feeder to bar the rotor over. Had to go one rasp bar at a time

I've had to remove a feederhouse to clean the cylinder out for this reason. They tried to reverse it in high idle so many times it spiral cracked the main engine gear case output shaft. Wheat was so-
